Having worked as an employee in the recruitment industry for a number of years, I have seen some modus operandi that leave me cold because I believe in high standards of customer care and delivery to meet client requirements first and foremost.

So, I set the bar for what SJM Recruitment will deliver. My company’s operating structure delivers against my beliefs and integrity and we work with companies to find the best possible candidates for their requirements by providing the level of service that clients deserve. Whatever the position, whether high salaried senior management, or junior clerical posts we give the same quality of service and rigorous evaluation of candidates before presenting them to our clients for consideration.
